This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Universal Prime Jobs through our website universalprimejobs.com. By making a payment for any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined below.

We provide professional digital services including job assistance, career counselling, profile optimization, document support, and specialized consultation. Since our services involve manual professional effort and digital resources initiated immediately upon purchase, they are generally non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund or credit may be considered exclusively in the following circumstances:
- Technical errors where payment was successful but the order failed to generate in our system.
- Duplicate charges for the exact same service due to a payment gateway glitch.
- Universal Prime Jobs is unable to initiate the service within the promised timeframe due to internal reasons.
4. Cancellation By Customer
- All cancellation requests must be formally submitted from your registered email address.
- If the service preparation has not yet commenced, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable payment gateway and processing fees.
- Once the service delivery process has started or consultation has been provided, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
5. Cancellation By Company
Universal Prime Jobs reserves the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen technical or operational constraints. In such cases, we will offer either a full refund or an equivalent alternative service, depending on the user's preference.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be credited back only to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- The standard processing time is 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
- The customer must provide valid proof of transaction (Payment ID/Screenshot) for verification.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage users to reach out to our support team directly to resolve any issues. Raising unnecessary disputes or chargebacks with your bank without prior communication may result in the permanent suspension of your account and services.
